Madrid Restaurants
`El Bar del Palace´ boasts an authentic British-style décor: armchairs and low tables, carpets, tall stools at the bar, a fireplace… It is famous both inside and outside Spain for its superb cocktails and, especially, its dry-martinis, which Hemingway made allusion to in “The Sun Also Rises”. Live music puts the final touches to a relaxed afternoon or evening. An elegant ambience perfect for get-togethers, business meetings and cosy chats.
With its classic decor and dark wood accents, the Tse Yang Restaurant recreates a touch of old-world Hong Kong. The menu is a sumptuous journey of the senses that spotlights the authentic flavors of China, moving from perfect plates of dim sum and crispy Peking duck to sophisticated lotus-flavored rice that will transport patrons to the Far East after just a few mouthfuls.
`El Jardin´ is an ideal space to enjoy Spanish cuisine with avant-garde touches. The restaurant is intimate and landscaped setting: part of the restaurant is outdoors and, part, inside. In summer, it usually offers live music at night and, in winter, the dinners are usually enlivened by the performance of a pianist.
